- Patios and pathways are charged at £4 per square metre once measured, so you only pay for the area actually cleaned. Multiply length by width and by 4 for a rough guide.
- Do you clean soffits and fascias too?
- Yes. Soffits and fascias start at £20 each and are offered as a package alongside gutter clearance, which is the most cost-effective way to have both done in one visit.

- No. Pressure and nozzle are matched to the surface, so block paving, concrete, tarmac, natural stone and decking are each cleaned at a safe setting. Joint sand can be topped up on request.
